All the prices displayed on our booking website include V.A.T., and are entered directly by accommodation providers.
The tourist tax (if applicable) is NOT included in the prices displayed on our website; however, the accommodation provider shall specify on its page and in the confirmation email if the tourist tax is due.
The amount of the tourist tax depends both on the sector and category of the accommodation and on municipal laws. The tourist tax (if applicable) must be paid directly at the hotel.

The aforementioned data are given to the accommodation provider directly by the web master; I VIAGGI DEL BORGO S.R.L. does not have access to these data, and therefore it is not liable for the use of this information.
The credit card numbers will be encrypted, stored in the database and available until the reservation date; the day after the reservation is made, the data will be removed from the database.
In any case, no system may be considered as completely inviolable. I VIAGGI DEL BORGO does not guarantee that the system safety is protected against illegal and unauthorized access or use by third parties; therefore, I VIAGGI DEL BORGO disclaims any responsibility and liability for possible damages due to illegal and unauthorized access or use by third parties.
A valid credit card is needed to guarantee your reservation. Therefore, when you make your reservation, neither down payment nor deposits/prepayment are required. You will pay directly to the hotel upon arrival. Penalties/applicable taxes that may be charged on your credit card in the event of a no-show or cancellation are stated in the relevant policy of each accommodation provider. Complaints relating to any inaccuracy or errors can be made to the IAT-R Terre di Verdi Tourist Office, which shall submit them to the competent authorities. The hotels can at any time modify the rates and availability published on the website.
